Independent Recruiter (I-R)

The ideal Recruiter will have a proven track record as a self-sourcer with the desire to display and continue developing his/her recruiting skills. The I-R should possess the ability to build long-lasting candidate relationships and to develop new networks. Primary responsibility will be locating candidates for our client base. We need remote recruiters with outstanding people skills, a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed in a consortium team environment.
